The Ku Klux Klan (KKK) was originally founded in 1865 in Pulaski, Georgia. Following a wane in membership and interest the Klan experienced a 20th century rebirth in 1915. Kleagle Henry Fry (the author) introduced the KKK to Tennessee while recruiting new members there.
