LGBT rights are human rights, is a compendium of two qualitative in-depth research papers that are completely interwoven in all ramifications pertaining to the subject matter. The papers/ studies have expressed grave concern about human rights violations and abuses sustained by LGBT people and others accused of participating in consensual same-sex activity in Cameroon, driven by the application of section 347 bis of the Cameroon Penal Code, as read with sections 165 and 336 amongst others of the Cameroon Criminal Procedure Code.
