This thesis gives an introspection of the presence of Hungarians in Canada from the history of their immigrations up until the 21st century. Many years ago Hungary was unknown to most Canadian people, yet as time passed, Hungarian incomers have made great progress in introducing their country and cultural identity, and achieved greater awareness of their existence among the locals. We can learn about what heritage the past generations of Hungarians have left behind in Canada and get to know more about the new generation. This thesis also gives an idea how these topics could be introduced as an educational material.
