The initial values are the source values of the particles in the quantum level, an internal quality, but they cannot be detected in measurements, probably due to the relative motion and mutual interaction existing between the particles in reality. In fact, laboratory measurements yield the relativistic reflection of the particles, without exposing the more basic level, concealed underneath. A formula composed of initial values fulfills the same known functional relation that exists between the experimental values, and produce quantitative results with a clear match.
