Very Personal Leadership

The way we show up in the world and become able to influence the very causes we care about, has everything to do with our willingness to keep re-examining the values and beliefs we lead with, feel strongly about, and make choices from. Formative values and beliefs are meant to be matured: situations change, contexts evolve, and Life itself exists in flux. Learning to move with (vs. resist) these changes so that our influence helps make something more possible, is our personal way of leadership.
