The present book is designed for undergraduate and post graduate chemistry students. The text offers detailed discussion of the theoretical and practical aspects of chemistry. The stress has been on making concepts crystal clear by using simple language and labeled diagrams. Many modifications have been done in the subject matter on the basis of the observations of my own during the long years of my experience and keeping in mind the difficulties faced by the students. In volumetric and gravimetric analysis, theory, reactions involved and the general calculations have been given.
